The Qualicum Beach Residents' Association (QBRA) is a non-partisan, non-profit society representing the citizens of Qualicum Beach and area.
OUR PURPOSE
The QBRA gives voice to members of our community on social, cultural, economic and development matters and makes recommendations to the Town Council on issues regarding the quality of life in Qualicum Beach.
